SHIPPING

VILLAIN is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items in transit once the order has shipped from the warehouse.

Domestic Shipping:

Free Shipping on any local (South Africa) order. 

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.Villain.com ships to the 20 contiguous. 

Taxes where applicable and will be presented upon check-out.

We cannot guarantee domestic delivery dates.

International Shipping:

Free Shipping on any order over $100.

$10 shipping on all other orders.

Please allow up to 5-10 business days for order processing. Once shipped, please use the tracking number you will receive via email.

International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. Villain.com has no control and is not responsible for these tariffs or customs fees.

Villain.com ships to more than 20 countries. You can choose your shipping country during checkout.

We cannot guarantee international delivery dates.

Order Cancellations:

Cancelling an order is only possible if your order has not reached the packing or shipment phase. To cancel an order, please contact Customer Support.

You will be notified when your order is cancelled. Please allow 8-10 business days for a refund to appear back into your original payment method. If your refund has not been received within that time frame, please contact Customer Support.

Once your order has been placed and your payment has successfully been processed, individual items cannot be edited.

RETURN POLICY

At this moment, we do not offer refunds, nor do we allow cancellations/returns. Villain reserves the right to refuse any returns at any time. Before you place your order, please confirm that all your information, including your shipping address, name, phone number, credit card information and fragrance selection is correct; we are not responsible for incorrect address, updating your address, changing the order once an order has been placed. Thank you.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your item for the same item, send us an email at service@Villain.com within 3 days of delivery.

PAYMENT

We accept most major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express) via Apple Pay, PayPal. We reserve the right to require additional identification verification for international or suspicious orders in efforts to prevent credit card fraud.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Although availability may be indicated on our site, we cannot guarantee product availability. We reserve the right, without liability or prior notice to revise, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products or to cancel any order.

WHEN WILL MY PACKAGE BE DELIVERED?

You will receive a separate email including parcel tracking information once your order ships. Order processing and delivery is approximately 3-10 business days within the continental South Africa.

HOW CAN I REACH YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM AND WHEN SHOULD I EXPECT A RESPONSE?

For customer service inquiries only, please email service@Villain.com. We do our best to respond to all customers within 48 hours. Inquiries are answered in the order they are received; please do not send multiple emails as this will place you at the end of the queue.

 

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?

Due to the extremely limited nature of our products, all sales are final. Orders can not be cancelled, changed or modified once they have been placed. Please ensure all info is correct before submitting your order.

IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MUCH I CAN BUY?

Due to the exclusivity of our products, some items may have limits placed on the maximum quantity that may be purchased in one transaction.
